The entry tickets for children for the next World Championships will cost £9.58, the same figure as Usain Bolt’s World Record.
The Olympic champion in fact had asked the organizers to sell the tickets to children at an affordable price so to try to get them close to the world of athletics; it looks like the organizers went even beyond that “dedicating” the price of the ticket to Bolt’s achievement.
“I always said that children are the future – Bolt states – I hope that this will inspire many of them to try athletics and I can’t wait to see the seats full of children next summer”.
Tickets will be on sale since the 1st of August and they will cost £9.58 while for the adults prices start from £155; aside from the tickets dedicated to Bolt there are also those dedicated to (£12.91), Jonathan Edwards (£18.29) and Sally Gunnell (£52.74). HERE you find all the prices and the info regarding the tickets.
